Description

Access Keyboards ACR34B and ACR35B Magnetic Stripe Card Readers are designed to read high or low coercivity magnetic cards. They decode and verify 2 tracks of data simultaneously (Tracks 1 and 2). 3 Track versions are also available. Please contact Access Keyboards for further information.

ACR34B readers communicate with a host computer or other terminal via a standard Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface as a virtual Serial (COM) port device. The unit is supplied with USB drivers compatible with Windows 98 and 2000.

ACR35B readers also connect via a USB interface, but the device has a USB keyboard interface and data is transmitted as keystrokes. The ACR35B may be used to insert MSR data into an application that expects keyboard entry.
